Attorney Cohen is aggressive when it is in the best interest of the client. However, he provides friendly, prompt, and courteous service and counsel to his clients. Mr. Cohen will explain the litigation process as well as the legal standards behind the law and how they apply to your case should you have one. He also strives to keep you informed and his policy is to strive to return a call or email within 24 hours (unless extraordinary circumstances intervene).

EXPERIENCED IN LITIGATION
Mr. Cohen has had his own Solo practice, joined a partnership, and has now decided again to "go solo" in order to more effectively represent his clients.

Attorney Cohen has worked for non-profit groups, lobbied Congress on behalf of Irish Catholics' Employment Rights in Northern Ireland, litigated for Legal Services, and taken cases for no charge as a service to the community.
